Ingredients of Kimchi Fried Ramen

  1. You need of NOODLE OPTION.
  2. Prepare of Any ramen /instant noodle or any noodle.
  3. Prepare of kimchi.
  4. You need of egg.
  5. Prepare of deseeded Red chili pepper.
  6. You need of deseeded green chili pepper.
  7. You need of spring onion.
  8. You need of fresh coriander leaf optional.
  9. Prepare of oil.
  10. It’s of POUNDED PASTE.
  11. Prepare of pounded garlic.
  12. You need of pounded shallot.
  13. It’s of SEASONING.
  14. You need of salt and pepper.
  15. It’s of light soy sauce.

Kimchi Fried Ramen step by step

  1. COOK RAMEN.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil then add ramen/instant noodle and let it simmer for 3 full minute then drain set aside.
  3. Pound garlic and shallot then set aside.
  4. KIMCHI RAMEN.
  5. Oil in pan sauté pounded paste till fragrance then add cooked ramen with kimchi and eggs.
  6. Once egg start to set then stir fry to mix and add seasoning.
  7. Add spring onion and chili pepper and stir fry for about 1 minute till ramen are dry and lightly brown at the bottom.
  8. Off heat and serve.
