Ingredients of Indian Flavoured Meatballs

  1. It’s 1 can of white beans.
  2. You need 1 packages of extra lean ground chicken.
  3. It’s 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro leafs chopped.
  4. It’s 1/4 cup of finely chopped leak.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of curry powder.
  6. It’s of freshly ground black pepper.

  1. Drain & rinse the white beans, then slightly mash in a bowl with a potato pilar or hands.
  2. Make balls with hands, golf ball size.
  3. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Put on skewers with vegetables of choice.
  5. Cook on the bbq at medium heat for about 15 minutes turning at least once.
  6. Do not overcook or the meatballs will be dry.
