Ingredients of Sambal fried rice

  1. It’s 1/2 cup of Petai (optional).
  2. You need 3/4 cup of Cabbage (cut to small pieces).
  3. It’s 1/2 cup of Corn kernel.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of Carrot (cut to small pieces).
  5. It’s 1/2 cup of Green peas, or long bean.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of Sambal.
  7. Prepare 2 cups of Cooked rice.

  1. Cut all veggie into small pieces, you can adjust the amount of veggie to your preference..
