Ingredients of Menemen

  1. It’s 3 of eggs.
  2. Prepare 2 of medium sized grated tomatoes.
  3. It’s 1/2 of chopped capsicum.
  4. It’s As required of Green chilies chopped.
  5. It’s to taste of Salt.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. It’s As per taste of Red chilli flakes.
  8. You need As required of Olive or sunflower oil.
  9. You need As required of Cheese slice.

Menemen step by step

  1. Take a pan and pour some oil and fry all the chopped veggies one by one the add grated tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes with open lid, in the same pan add cheese slice and saute for 1 min..
