Ingredients of Dumpling
- It’s of meat & marinade ingredients.
- It’s 800 grams of Minced pork 20% fat.
- You need 1 bunch of Spring Onion.
- It’s 1 bunch of Chinese garlic Chives.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Chinese Rice Wine.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chicken stock Powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Sesame Oil.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Corn starch.
- It’s 1/4 cup of water.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of White pepper powder.
- You need of dumpling dough.
- It’s 2 cup of Plain flour.
- It’s 3/4 cup of water @ 80°C.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Sugar.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of salt.
- You need 3 tbsp of Cooking Oil.
Dumpling step by step
- mixed meat with marinate ingredients, keep In fridge.
- boil water until 80°C, Stir in Salt & Sugar.
- add hot Water mixture to flour Knead into dough. add in oil, Continue to knead Until It turn smooth. let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- divide dough into 2, then into 2 again Until it reach 64 pieces….
- Shape the Small dough into ball, flatten it with a rolling pin until it reach 2 mm thickness. filled it with meat mixture & make it into a dumpling.
- Cooking: bring 1/2 pot of water to boil, add in 1 tablespoon of salt. put in around 10 pcs of dumpling, stir slowly So it won't Stick together!.
- Once the dumpling floated add in 1/2 cup Cold water, Cover With lid bring to boil again, repeat these step for another 2 times, dumpling Shall be ready after these..
