Ingredients of Carrot laddu
- It’s 7 pieces of medium size carrots.
- You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
- You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
- It’s of 1/2 cup khoya.
- Prepare 3 of cardamom pods.
Carrot laddu step by step
- Wash the carrots grate it then add ghee in a pan cook it until it becomes soft then add sugar, cardamom pods keep stirring until it evaporates all water.
- Now add khoya in a plate mash it, transfer the carrot mixture in a plate then start making the laddu.
- Now take a small portion from the carrot mixture, flat it put some khoya stuffing in the Center, now seal the edges, give it a laddu shape.
