  1. You need 400 gr of rib eye steak.
  2. It’s 1 tsp of Brown sugar.
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of Soy sauce.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of Chili paste.
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of Sesame oil.
  6. It’s of Black pepper.
  7. You need 1 of Garlic.
  8. Prepare 1 of Onion.
  9. You need 1 of Spring onion (sliced).

Korean beef bulgogi step by step

  1. Thinly sliced rib eye steak, place it in a bowl.
  2. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, black pepper, garlic. Mix it well.
  3. Heat some oil in a non stick skillet.
  4. Place the sliced steak in half part of the skillet, and place the onion in half other part of the skillet.
  5. Let it cook until well done, and then mix the sliced rib eye steak with the onion, stir it evenly.
  6. Stir in half of the sliced spring onion.
  7. Taste it, add some salt if needed.
  8. Place it in a bowl, add some spring onion and sesame seeds for garnish.
