- Prepare 300 grams of Chicken breast.
- It’s 2 tablespoon of Soy sauce.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of Sake.

Karaage step by step
- 1. Cut chicken breast into large bite size pieces..
- 2. Put the chicken pieces in a bowl and cover them with soy, sake, oil, ginger and garlic. Mix well..
